Delivery

Due to the size of our parcels we only ship within Australia and to New Zealand for selected items

We'll endeavor to send your order within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. There may be a delay for customers paying via Bank Deposit as electronic payments can take between 24-48hrs to clear.

Please note that these times depend upon many factors and are a guideline only. If your order is required by a certain date, please let us know when ordering and we will advise whether delivery by that date is possible. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery time once your item has been mailed. As a guideline however once your item has been dispatched delivery can take between 2 – 7 business days depending on destination and all orders require a signature upon delivery.

• Delivery within metro Melbourne: 1 - 2 business days
• Delivery from Melbourne to other cities and large towns in VIC. 1-3 business days
• Delivery from Melbourne to Capital Cities with SA, NSW, QLD 2-3 business days
• Delivery from Melbourne to other interstate locations: 4-7 business days
