accept payment by Paypal, VISA, MasterCard and Direct Bank Deposit. Orders
will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. Please

Payments
via Bank Deposit must be made within 3 business days of purchase date .
Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled.
For Laybys you have the option to make an outstanding repayment by credit card via phone.

Layby Options
We offer a 4 week layby where 20% of purchase price is required as deposit to secure your purchase. Balance is required 4 weeks after order placement date.
Layby is available only on full priced products (sorry we cannot accept layby on Sale items or Seconds Sale items).
There is no exhange or return on Layby products. Failure
to finalise layby order within layby period may result in your order
being returned to stock and layby forfeited. To obtain further information on product returns, please refer to Trade Practices Act Guidelines, by which Hip Kids are bound.
Cancellations
We
understand that sometimes your situation can change. We are happy to
offer a full refund if we have not yet mailed or commenced work on your
order and providing that a notice of cancellation is received within
24hrs of order placement. Please contact us on info@hipkids.com.au or 0417133968 to arrange cancellation. Refund or exchange is not available on Layby purchases.
Returns
Hip Kids would like you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
We want you to rest easy knowing that our products are of the highest quality, in both safety, design & fun. For that reason, we offer a 7 day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products if you are not satisfied with the quality of the item you have purchased. We'll give you a FULL refund, excluding postage, if you're genuinely not happy with the quality of the product(s) you have purchased, upon return of the item(s), unassembled, with labels and original packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt.
Should the item be faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and Hip Kids must be advised PRIOR to assembly. Hip Kids will at their discretion replace or repair any part found to be defective in material or workmanship. Any item returned must be returned unused, unassembled, with labels and original packaging intact within 14 days of receipt. Hip Kids cannot exchange a damaged product if assembled.
In the unlikely event that you should receive an incorrect product, please contact us via email immediately to arrange return and exchange. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, unassembled and in original condition. Hip Kids cannot exchange an incorrect product if assembled.
Any return or exchange must be advised via email, addressed to - info@hipkids.com.au Please be sure to quote your order number and contact details in all correspondence.
Important - If you plan to open the item at a later date, after the 7 days, you
must open all the boxes and check for damages or faults within the 7 day period after your item has been delivered and notify us immediately, as late claims (after 7 days)
for damages or faults will not be accepted.
Hip Kids may request photos to view reported damage or faults.

Returns - CUBBY HOUSESAbove Terms & Conditions are also applicable for the purchase of our Cubby Houses. Our warranty however will not cover improper handling, improper installation or cubbies that are not fixed or erected on solid level grounds.
