Hip Kids is a concept I started 4 years ago together with my husband David, Mr IT I call him. After having my own children, one thing that became most evident to me was the lack of unique toys and gifts out there. I had trouble finding products that were both unique in design as well as being practical - and I didn't have the time I used to have to shop around. I found most kids products were run of the mill...yet so over priced. I was determined to source and offer to other mums like me, products that are unique, beautifully made, safe and of course fun for our kids! I decided to only offer our products direct to you; we don't wholesale our products to Retail stores to keep our prices low.

As a mother of 3 young kids (under 6 years of age), you'd probably guess that I'm a huge fan of on-line shopping. Whether shopping for my own children or my friends and family's children, I enjoy shopping online for the convenience, for quality unique gifts and toys and of course who doesn't love to save a few dollars? It also gives me more time during the day with my little angels, doing the more important things… I’m sure most mums would agree…

All products offered on my website are suitable for cubby houses, playrooms, kids bedrooms, daycare/crèche centres, kindergartens, preschool, prep and primary schools.

Hip Kids range consists of such items as toy kitchens, kids chairs, kids table and chairs, toy pianos, balance bikes, toy boxes, pedal cars. Outside of the Hip Kids branded products we also stock and support great local brands such as Le Toy Van and Plan Toys.
