As the only scooter brand to be safety certified by the CPSC, Micro Scooters are known for producing scooters that are exceptionally stable, safe. However, like all travel and sports equipment, following basic safety rules is a must. We always recommend that children wear properly fitted helmets when scooting as well as sturdy, enclosed shoes. The handlebar height should position your child’s arms at about a 90-degree angle and they should always be under adult supervision when they’re riding. 

To keep your child safe, we encourage them to use their Micro Scooters in well-lit, safe environments like sealed roads and enclosed spaces that have plenty of visibility. If your child is riding on pavements or sidewalks, they should be aware and respectful of pedestrians and scoot at a safe speed. Be sure to check your child’s scooter on a regular basis to make sure they are functioning as they should and are in proper condition.
