Our best selling HipKids Alice Cubby House is what childhood dreams are made of… Imagine your child's face when they first set their eyes upon this beautiful Tudor style Alice Cubby House! Straight out of a fairy tale, our enchanting Alice will provide any child with a very special place of their own, where they can create lots of beautiful memories, and where they can spend time with friends, role play and get lost in their imaginary worlds! The Alice comes in a prefabricated panel kit which can be erected in approximately two hours by two people. Preparation of the Cubby prior to assembly is highly recommended. The display images of the Alice Cubby House are photos that have been sent into us by customers of their cubbies that have been prepared and assembled in their own homes. The floor base suggestions are included in the assembly instructions. Due to small minimal gaps at the hinged walls of the window and door openings, and also the gap between the top and the bottom doors, this Alice Cubby House is not 100% waterproof. External and internal painting of your Alice is strongly recommended, either prior to assembly, or within 1-2 weeks of assembly, to minimise timber movement and deterioration of timber due to exposure to weather elements.
