Once you have shared your Gift Registry, it allows people to see exactly what's on your Wishlist and also what other people have already purchased - eliminating gifts being doubled up.

How Do I Create a Gift Registry?
Click the “Create A Registry” button to start your online gift registry. You’ll set up an account, then follow the steps to build your wishlist. It’s quick, easy, and shows you how it works from the start. Add beautiful gifts from HipKids for any milestone.
How Do I Add Products to My Gift Registry?
Browse the HipKids website and click “Add To Registry” on any product page. It sits just below the “Add To Cart” button. Add gifts for a baby shower, birthday or Christening gifts, or other special occasions.
How Do I Share My Gift Registry?
Once your registry is ready, go to your Registry Setup Page and click the “Share” button. Copy the link and send it to friends and family or post it on your social media account.
They can also use the “Find My Registry” button above to search using your name. It’s a simple way to share your gift ideas with everyone.
Can I Create a Registry in Store?
Yes, you can create your registry in-store with help from the HipKids team. Just set up your account online, then visit us in person. You’ll have full access to your registry details both in-store and online, so everything stays in one place.
How Do I Know if a Purchase Has Been Made Off My Registry?
You’ll get an email each time someone buys a gift from your registry. Once an item is marked as purchased at checkout, it will update on your list. This helps avoid double-ups and keeps everything easy for your friends and family purchasing gifts.
Can Someone Help Me Set Up My Registry?
Yes, of course. Our customer service team can help via chat, email, or phone. We’ll walk you through each step so there’s no hassle, whether you’re starting from scratch or need help updating your registry.
When Will My Gifts Be Delivered?
Each gift purchased from your registry is delivered to your nominated address, whether you're in Melbourne or anywhere across Australian regions. You may choose to deliver to the recipient if you have their address or get it delivered to your own home address. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once it ships. There’s no need to collect items as they are sent directly to you. Our warehouse dispatch time is usually 24-48 business hours after the order is placed.

What Happens if a Product on My Gift Registry Goes Out of Stock?
If a product on your registry is out of stock, it will show as temporarily unavailable to your friends and family. Once it’s back, the button will update automatically. One of the perks of using our registry is that it always shows what’s ready to buy.

How Do I Find a Registry?
Click the “Find My Registry” button above and search using the registrant’s name. Some registries may be password-protected for privacy. If so, you’ll need to get the password directly from the person who created it, as the HipKids team cannot provide access.
Can I Buy Multiple Gifts?
Yes, you can buy as many gifts as you like from the registry. Just add them to your cart and follow the usual checkout process. You can also include digital gift cards if you prefer to let the registrant choose something themselves.
What Payment Options Are Available?
