Each product page will let you know if the product is available to be ordered and collect at our Surrey Hills store.
Add the items to your cart and in the Checkout, select the Click & Collect option.
Your order should be ready to collect within 24-48 hours. At sale time it may take a little longer to be ready to collect.
You will receive a text message letting you know when your order is ready to collect.
If orders are not collected within 7 days of the text notification that your order is ready to collect, orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Please note:
- Oversize items (eg. Beds & Cubbies) are not available for Click & Collect
- Personalised products may take up to 7 - 10 days to be ready for collection
- If orders are not collected within 7 days of the 'Ready to Collect' notification date, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
