Same Day Delivery: Melbourne

HipKids offers a Same Day Delivery option for customers who live within a 50km radius of our store in Surrey Hills, Melbourne (T&C's apply)

This service is available Monday to Friday only (excluding Public Holidays)

If the Same Day Delivery service is available for your order it will show as a separate delivery option in your checkout as 'Same Day Delivery'

Your order confirmation email will show delivery as 'Same Day Delivery'

Same Day Delivery is not available on Pre-Order Products, Gift Cards, Free Shipping Products, Personalised Products or Oversized Products (Cubbies and Beds etc)

·      Order by 11am for same day delivery to addresses within a 50km radius from our store in Surrey Hills

·      If you order after 11am on a weekday the order will be delivered the next business day (excludes weekends and public holidays)

·      All Same Day Delivery orders have Authority To Leave at your address

·      If your order totals over $500 there is NO Authority to Leave. The order must be signed for.

·      Once your order has been collected by the third party courier, you will receive a text giving you the delivery tracking details

·      Same Day Delivery is not available to Apartments/Units or P.O Boxes

·      If for some reason, your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to the HipKids store in Surrey Hills and there will be a re-shipping charge to have it redelivered
