 We are recruiting for an Online Fulfilment & Dispatch Assistant for our office in Deepdene.

 This is a casual role spread across 4 days of approximately 20 hours. 

The days/hours will fall between Monday – Friday 9.30am – 3pm.

These hours may be flexed up in our peak trading periods and as the business requires.

This role reports to our Office & Sales Manager and supports our busy retail and online business.

 The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Processing online sales using Shopify & Dear online platforms
• Dispatching online orders using various delivery partner platforms – Australia Post, Shippit & StarTrack etc
• Liaising & booking deliveries with courier booking agents 
• Coordinating stock & liaising with our 3PL warehouse
• General stock administration tasks
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers and service partners
• Manage product personalisation tasks 

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

• Ability to prioritise and manage their time well in fast paced environment
• Efficiently multi task to meet daily deadlines
• Be highly organised 
• Excellent communication skills
• Takes pride in your work and shows attention to detail
• Strong data entry skills & computer literacy (Mac/Windows)
• Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve 
• Able to think on the go & confidently make decisions
• Confident to work independently and within a close-knit team
• Willing to take initiative & be proactive
