How do I redeem my points?

Simply log into your HipKids account on the website to see your Rewards Points and Voucher options you are able to redeem.Alternatively you can use the slider in the checkout to redeem your points.

I had existing points but I can't find them

Please contact our Care Team athello@hipkids.com.authey will be able to assist you.

When do my points expire?

Your points expire after 6 months if there is no purchase/account activity.Your HipKids Reward Tier will remain in place for 12 months as long as your purchase history is maintained.

Can I use them in store?

Yes! Our Retail Team can assist you redeeming your rewards in store.

Can I use my Loyalty Rewards/Points on Discounted Products?

Unfortunately No. Loyalty Points can only be used on Full Priced Products

Can I use multiple vouchers?

Only one voucher can be redeemed at a time.

Will my points expire?

I have submitted Birthday Date so why haven't I received my Birthday Reward Points?

Birthday Rewards points are only visible & available to redeem 30 days from the day you have submitted Birthday date.
