Due to an internal promotion and our commitment to succession planning, we have an exciting role of Customer Care Administrator. We need a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal, communication and administrative skills. You will be one of the first point of contacts with our customers with queries relating to orders and/or products, so your happy disposition will be your strength. 

Your focus will be largely on our Online component so experience and ability to multi-task is important. You must be experienced and confident with computer use (Mac preferred), and have ability to learn and use our internal operating systems of Shopify and DEAR.

Our Team is based at our  Office/Retail Store in the Inner Eastern Suburbs of Deepdene VIC 3103.

Business Operating hours are Monday-Friday 9.30am-3pm, however, applicant may occasionally be asked  to work on site from 9.30am-5pm. 

Reporting to the Manager, the role's focus is to maintain outstanding customer service at all times predominately online and in store. Problem solving, and building a rapport with customers to encourage customer sales and loyalty. Supporting the administration team in all administration and sales duties . 

Skills and experience required:

  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Numeracy skills: cash handling and balancing POS
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous Administration /Retail Sales Experience Essential
  • Managerial Skills preferred
  • Ability to prioritise duties to be completed
